COPYRIGHT

- You are not allowed to claim my work as your own. Credit must be given directly to Twitter @buvvles2.
- Tracing, editing, or redistribution of my work is strictly prohibited. Heavily referencing my work, copying, and stealing concepts equate to tracing are also prohibited.
- I reserve the right to redistribute and post my work and its progress on my portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise by the client.

PAYMENT POLICY

- All prices are listed in USD. I only accept payment through Paypal via invoice.
- All prices are subject to change at any time, due to high demand, increasing quality, and expanded labor. Affected clients will be notified. Ongoing works will be considered, and likely unaffected.
- I will not start any work until 30%-50% or full payment is received. The client must complete the full payment before I proceed with the concept refinement.
- Strictly No refunds!

ARTWORK

- Strictly payment first.
- No refunds.
- Files would be sent via Gmail in PNG files. (24 - bit & Transparent with no watermark.)
- I have the right to refuse any complicated design that would be suggested by the commissioner.
- Commissioner would be given 3 revisions. More than 3 changes would be charged depending on the complexity.
- Turn around time is set by days to weeks.
- Commissioner is highly NOT allowed to take the artwork as their own.
- They have the rights to post it and I have the rights to post it as well.

LIVE 2D (READY TO RIG)

- Strictly payment first.
- No refunds.
- File would be sent as a PSD file.
- All models are fully cut! (Ready to rig)
- Please do provide visual references as much as possible and character details (such as height, body size, chest size, etc..) for accuracy purposes.
- after the sketch of the model is done that is the time when you could do any revisions. The client can't revise when I've already started polishing the model.
- Price may rise depending on the character details and complexity.
